Adam Schefter reports that former Ohio State WR Chris Olave is scheduled to visit with the Philadelphia Eagles today.
Fantasy Impact: Olave, who is projected to be selected in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, is a smooth route runner with high end speed who shows an elite ability to track and haul in the deep ball. Olave has had success at the collegiate level since his true freshman season at Ohio State, were he’s had to compete with NFL caliber WR’s for playing time and targets. Dating back to his Freshman year at Ohio State, Olave has shared the Buckeyes’ WR room with Terry McLaurin, Parris Campbell, Garrett Wilson, and future first round pick Jaxson Smith-Njigba. The Eagles, who have two first round picks, could be a team that targets the WR position early in this months draft. Former first round pick Jalen Reagor has left much to be desired on the field and QB Jalen Hurts could use an upgraded secondary target behind former Heisman award winner Devonta Smith.
