According to John Shipley of Jaguar Report, Jacksonville Jaguars RB James Robinson took part in his first team drills of the offseason and was working with the first-team offense.
Fantasy Impact: After a 1,000-yard season as an undrafted rookie, Robinson’s sophomore season was cut short after an Achilles injury. He surprisingly dodged the PUP list to start the 2022 season, and during his first practice running team drills, he worked with the Jaguars’ first team. Robinson had only been doing individual drills to this point. While he’s not back at full speed and contact yet, this is a sign that Robinson’s return is likely closer than further away. Robinson, at an average PPR draft position of RB36, could potentially eat into RB Travis Etienne’s ceiling with an impending return to the field, increasing Etienne’s risk at RB21.
