Aaron Rodgers completed 22 out of 34 passes for 195 yards in the 23-7 loss to the Vikings. He did not throw any touchdown passes and had one interception. He threw a strike on a deep ball to rookie Christian Watson the first offensive play that would have gone for a 75-yard touchdown but it was dropped.
Fantasy Impact: Rodgers was under constant pressure from the Vikings’ defense and was let down by his receivers early in the game. Without playing in any preseason games, Rodgers and the Packers offense looked out of sync. It might be worth taking a wait-and-see approach before inserting Rodgers into fantasy lineups. He will look to bounce back against the Bears in Week 2 at home on Sunday night.
