Tua Tagovailoa completed 36 of his 50 pass attempts for 469 yards, six touchdowns, and two interceptions in Sunday’s thrilling 42-38 win over the Ravens. He also recorded one carry for one yard.
Fantasy Impact: Tagovailoa threw for five touchdowns in the second half to rally his team to a victory after trailing 28-7 at halftime. Sunday was easily a career-best game for the Alabama product against a respected Ravens defense. Currently, Tagovailoa is the QB2 in fantasy points for Week 2 trailing only Lamar Jackson. This outing was exactly what fantasy owners wanted to see out of the Dolphins’ quarterback when placed in a pass-friendly game script. Beware of the brutally tough matchup in Week 3 versus an elite Bills defense. If the 24-year-old performs well versus the Bills, he is going to become a very desirable fantasy quarterback.
