Brian Hoyer has been ruled out for the remainder of the game with a head injury.
Fantasy Impact: Hoyer was injured after being sacked and hitting his head on the turf. He immediately went into the medical tent and then headed to the locker room to be evaluated. With Hoyer and Mac Jones both injured, the Patriots will turn to Bailey Zappe for the remainder of the game in Green Bay.
