Fantasy Impact: Hill played behind starter J.K. Dobbins but he still managed to post a productive outing. The veteran has overtaken Mike Davis and Kenyan Drake in Baltimore, giving him some value as a handcuff to Dobbins. He will face the Bengals in Week 5.
