Melvin Gordon was quiet for the Broncos in Week 4, carrying the ball just three times for eight yards while also losing one fumble in the Broncos’ 32-23 Week 4 loss to the Raiders.
Fantasy Impact: Gordon III has had ball security issues all season, fumbling four times through the first four games of the season. The veteran is sure to take on an increased workload going forward with Javonte Williams (knee) now out for the season. Gordon III will be a solid RB2 play Thursday night against the Indianapolis Colts, although Mike Boone and possibly also Latavius Murray should also see some action going forward.
