The New England Patriots’ defense posted an impressive shutout during Sunday’s 29-0 win over the Detroit Lions. The unit logged two sacks, two turnovers, and one touchdown along the way.
Fantasy Impact: Both of New England’s sacks came courtesy of Matt Judon, who also forced a fumble. Kyle Dugger recovered said fumble and took it back 59 yards to the house. Finally, Jack Jones registered an interception. All in all, it was a fantastic showing by the Patriots against a Lions offense that led the NFL in scoring through the first four weeks. The unit should continue to be viewed as one of the top fantasy options against the Browns and old friend Jacoby Brissett in Week 6.
