Fantasy Impact: Carr connected twice with Davante Adams for a 25 yard touchdown and a 38 yard touchdown. The Raiders’ offense and Carr appeared to be rolling in the first half, but Jacksonville was able to hold them scoreless in the second half. The Raiders will look to get back on track in Week 10 when they face Indianapolis.
