Justin Herbert completed 30 of 43 pass attempts for 245 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday’s win against the Falcons.
Fantasy Impact: In a favorable matchup, Herbert wasn’t able to put up elite numbers without his lead wide receivers Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. While the interception wasn’t Herbert’s fault, the ball bounced off of Joshua Palmer’s hands, he couldn’t get anything going all game. With Allen and Williams sidelined for the foreseeable future, it’s difficult to expect Herbert to perform like the top-5 QB he was drafted as. A tough matchup awaits the young quarterback and the Chargers next week against the San Francisco 49ers.
