Mark Ingram II (knee) is active for Week 12 and will play against the San Francisco 49ers Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Ingram II was able to practice on a limited basis for much of the week for the Saints after last playing in Week 8 and will look to gain some carries behind Alvin Kamara and operate as a change-of-pace option and goal-line specialist against a stout San Fransisco defensive front. Consider Ingram II an RB4 option.
