Elijah Moore caught 2-of-6 targets for seven yards and rushed once for an additional 10 yards in New York’s 27-22 loss to the Vikings in Week 13.
Fantasy Impact: Moore came crashing back down to earth after his breakout game of 2022. He totaled just 17 yards on three touches but the encouraging sign was is six targets were his most since Week 3. Moore is not the matchup-winner he showed flashes of last season right now but he is improving post-drama and with Mike White starting at quarterback. The Jets’ receiving room belongs to, begins, and ends with Garrett Wilson but Moore could still eat against the right matchups. However, with Wilson’s 162-yard day in Week 13 defenses could begin to scheme him differently going forward, double-teaming him and opening up looks for Moore. The second-year receiver is a luxury for fantasy team’s the have clinched right now and should not be counted on by teams who are in must-win situations in Week 14.
