Sam Darnold will officially remain the starting quarterback for the Panthers in Week 14 as they travel to Washington to take on the Seahawks.
Fantasy Impact: Following QB Baker Mayfield’s pending release on Monday, Darnold is once again in the driver seat to hold down the starting gig for the remainder of the season. Darnold played decently well in his sole appearance against the Broncos in Week 12, accounting for two touchdowns while not committing any turnovers in a win. Needless to say, Darnold is not a recommended streaming option in any fantasy format going forward.
