Saquon Barkley has not ruled out a holdout as contract negotiations with the Giants are at a standstill. He already expressed he will not be attending the mandatory minicamp this week, and has yet to sign the franchise tender.
Fantasy Impact: Saquon is in search of a long-term deal but the running back market has not been kind in 2023. Teams have not been eager to pay big money to their running backs, making it difficult for any of those looking for a contract or extension to receive a big payday. If Saquon does not stay in New York outside of this season or even sits out the season altogether, it will severely impact his long-term fantasy value.
