According to Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team, free agent K Michael Badgley worked out with the Washington Commanders on Monday.
Fantasy Impact: Joey Slye was the Commanders’ kicker in 2022, making 25-of-30 field goals and 24-of-28 extra-point attempts. In 2022, Badgley went 24-for-28 on field goals and was a perfect 30-for-30 on extra-point attempts with the Lions and Bears. Badgley has been a much more efficient point-after kicker than Slye, and the Commanders could either sign Badgley to create an offseason competition or bring him to replace Slye.
