According to Greg Auman of FOX Sports, rookie RB Kendre Miller suffered a knee sprain in Sunday’s preseason matchup and will receive further testing to determine the severity.
Fantasy Impact: Miller suffered a meniscus injury to his knee at the end of his college career at TCU that kept him out of the national championship. He had offseason surgery to repair his MCL/meniscus and he had been recovering from it during training camp. Further testing will help determine the severity, but Miller could be out for several weeks, especially if it’s the same knee. With RB Alvin Kamara facing suspension, Jamaal Williams could be the solo back for New Orleans in Week 1.
