Benny Sapp III waived by Packers

According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, S Benny Sapp III has been waived by the Green Bay Packers.

Fantasy Impact: The son of a former NFL DB, Sapp went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft out of UNI before signing with the Packers. He recorded five tackles in three preseason games and had a game-winning interception in the preseason closer. He could be a practice squad candidate.
