Dalvin Cook (shoulder) is making his debut at New York’s practice on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact: Cook signed with the Jets two weeks ago, but he hasn’t been practicing for a while and will make his debut on Tuesday. It’s unclear if his extended absence was because of the recovery for his shoulder surgery, the birth of his child, or both, but either way he’s back and practicing now. This is a step in the right direction for his fantasy outlook, but his value will largely come down to how healthy Breece Hall is come Week 1.
