Deon Jackson expected to start Week 1

Deon Jackson is expected to start Week 1 against Jacksonville with Zack Moss still recovering from injury and Jonathan Taylor on the PUP.

Fantasy Impact: Jackson was productive as a receiver on several occasions last year, notably against the very same Jaguars in Week 6 when he caught 10 passes for 79 yards. He struggled with efficiency on the ground, averaging only 3.5 yards per carry in 2022. With a rushing quarterback and a talented pass-catching running back behind him in Evan Hull, his ceiling is capped. But he is a decent floor play as a flex.
