Josh Downs caught three of seven targets for 30 yards in the Colts’ loss to the Jaguars on Sunday. His seven targets were second most on the team behind only Michael Pittman.
Fantasy Impact: While you would hope for a little more production on seven targets, the rookie nonetheless churned out a good performance in his first NFL game. While the sample size is very small, it’s a promising sign for Downs production in the future. He seems to fit the type of player who works well with Richardson’s skill set (along with Michael Pittan), boding well for his production in the future.
