According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Buffalo Bills S Damar Hamlin is expected to be inactive for the Buffalo Bills’ Week 2 home matchup.

Fantasy Impact: The Bills take on the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, and Hamlin isn’t expected to play. The Bills have a deep secondary, and with their starters healthy, there’s not much of a role for Hamlin right now. The Bills DST should be a solid option in Week 2.
