David Montgomery (thigh) expected to play in Week 4

Despite initial reports, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero has clarified that David Montgomery (thigh) is expected to be active for Week 4 versus the Green Bay Packers.

Fantasy Impact: Montgomery was limited in practice all week long and ultimately listed as questionable. The veteran running back operated ahead of rookie Jahmyr Gibbs through the first two games and should have a similar role in Week 4. Montgomery ranks as a fantasy RB2 on Thursday night.
