Keaton Mitchell (shoulder) has 21-day practice window opened.

Fantasy Impact: Mitchell has been on IR with a shoulder sprain, which has kept the undrafted rookie out of East Carolina from making his NFL debut. Mitchell will be activated for Wednesday’s practice, however, beginning his 21-day window to be activated to the 53-man roster. Given the injuries in the Ravens’ backfield, Mitchell could see a chance to make an impact.
