Sam LaPorta finds end zone twice in Week 5

Sam LaPorta caught three of four targets for 47 yards and two touchdowns in the Lions’ 42-24 Week 5 win over the Carolina Panthers.

Fantasy Impact: LaPorta continues to be a steady option for quarterback Jared Goff in the Detroit passing attack, catching at least three passes in each of the first five games for the club. The rookie tight end continues to be a steady playmaking option offering plenty of upside for fantasy owners and should once again be in starting lineups for a Week 6 road matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
