Tyquan Thornton (shoulder) had his 21-day practice window opened and has been designated to return from IR.
Fantasy Impact: Thornton went on IR before the season began because of a shoulder injury and hasn’t appeared in a game as a result. His injury seems to be getting better, however, as he is now back at practice and the team is designating him to return from IR. He should be back soon, and the elite speed he brings should be beneficial to a New England offense that lacks any kind of explosiveness. His return in the near future will mean less work for rookie Demario Douglas moving forward.
