QB Will Levis is expected to start and make his NFL debut and serve as the ‘primary’ quarterback Sunday against Atlanta.

Fantasy Impact: Head coach Mike Vrabel did indicate that with QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) like out, both Levis and Malik Willis would play. Fantasy managers should expect that Levis will likely see the bulk of the work with Willis having specific plays and packages that get him on to the field. Levis can be left out of fantasy lineups for Week 8 as he makes his debut against a Falcons’ defense that ranks ninth in points per game this season.
