Joe Mixon finds end zone in win Sunday

Joe Mixon rushed the ball 16 times for 87 yards and a touchdown and caught three passes for 23 yards in Sunday’s 31-17 win over the San Francisco 49ers.

Fantasy Impact: It was a tough matchup on paper for Mixon, but he was able to get it done against the Niners. He totaled over 100 yards on the day at a clip of 5.4 yards per carry and put the cherry on top with a rushing touchdown in the second half of the game. He’s been underwhelming to start the year, so this is exactly what fantasy managers needed to see out of him to inspire optimism for his season-long outlook.
