Ryan Tannehill (ankle) officially ruled out for TNF against Pittsburgh

Ryan Tannehill, dealing with the infamous high-ankle sprain, has yet to practice since suffering an injury in the Titans’ Week 6 loss to Baltimore. The team ruled out Tannehill and will turn to rookie QB Will Levis for his second career start.

HC Mike Vrabel indicated the team’s starting QB job is Tannehill’s when he heals, but if Levis plays like he did a week ago, that could change.
