C.J. Uzomah (knee) was sent to IR by the Jets on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Uzomah has been mostly a non-factor for the Jets this season, and now a knee issue will ultimately end the campaign early for the veteran tight end. Kenny Yeboah has been activated in a corresponding move.
