Joe Flacco: Browns not announcing starter for Week 14

Browns offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt told reporters Thursday he wouldn’t commit to a starter yet for Sunday’s game against the Jaguars.

Fantasy Impact: Van Pelt said he believes Dorian Thompson-Robinson is still in the concussion protocol, has one more box to check. It sounds like he could take back the starting role from Joe Flacco if he clears the protocol.
