Sam LaPorta catches two passes in Week 14

Sam LaPorta caught two of his six targets for 23 yards while also rushing once for four yards in the Lions’ 28-13 loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 14.

Fantasy Impact: LaPorta was unable to do much despite finishing second on the team in targets, finishing with less than 40 receiving yards for the second time in his last five games for the Lions. The rookie remains a mostly consistent TE1 option as a primary option for quarterback Jared Goff in the Detroit passing game, with a stiff Week 15 test against the Denver Broncos up next.
