Austin Hooper secured 4 of 5 targets for 39 yards in Sunday’s 27-14 win over the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact: Hooper finished off his eighth NFL campaign by setting season highs in receptions and yards. With rookie Michael Mayer sidelined with injury over the final three weeks, Hooper saw a significant increase in snap share. The veteran TE recorded nine of 25 receptions on the season during that stretch.
