Tyrann Mathieu inks extension with Saints

New Orleans Saints safety Tyrann Mathieu has signed a one-year extension with the team to remain in the Big Easy for the next two years.

Fantasy Impact: Mathieu was approaching the final year of his deal but now he will remain in New Orleans for the next two seasons. This deal helped the Saints financially as well, helping lower his cap hit in 2024. Mathieu had four interceptions, 75 tackles and nine passes defended in 2023 while recording an 87.4 PFF coverage grade.
