De’Vondre Campbell to be released by Packers

The Green Bay Packers plan to release LB De’Vondre Campbell on Wednesday at the start of the new league year.

Since his star season, his first with Green Bay after stints with Arizona and Atlanta, Campbell’s play has dipped. He went from 146 tackles in 16 games to 75 tackles in 11 games and an 85.0 PFF defensive grade (82.2 coverage) to 65.1 (59.9).
