Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, WR Byron Pringle has signed his tender with the Chiefs.
Fantasy Impact: Pringle, 27-years old, has signed his original-round tender with the Chiefs. This ensures Pringle will remain in Kansas City for one more year on a deal worth $2.1M. The Chiefs have previously commented being “extremely high” on Pringle and clearly expect a bigger role for him heading into 2021. Through 13 games in 2020, Pringle had 13 receptions for 160 yards and one touchdown. It is expected that Pringle will compete with Demarcus Robinson and Mecole Hardman for the vacancy left by Sammy Watkins. Pringle is currently 154th amongst all receivers in the latest expert consensus rankings.
