Dallas Cowboys LB Micah Parsons officially signed his fully guaranteed four-year rookie contract on Wednesday, per Ian Rapoport.
Fantasy Impact: Parsons was drafted and is expected to be the replacement for MLB Leighton Vander Esch. Parsons will have the opportunity to play alongside WLB Jaylon Smith to fortify the middle of the Cowboys’ defensive unit in 2021. The 6’3, 245-pound linebacker out of Penn State totaled over 100 tackles and five sacks during his sophomore season in 2019 and should be able to upgrade a defense that ranked tenth worst in yards allowed per game.
