Zak Keefer of The Athletic reports that Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (Achilles) is “100 percent” to start training camp.
Fantasy Impact: Mack tore his Achilles in Week 1 of last season, and after months of rehab, is “100 percent” to start training camp. This is excellent news for Mack as he didn’t participate in practice and was limited to individual athletic activities during the Colts’ voluntary workouts. With a clean bill of health, Mack is expected to serve as the backup running back behind sure-fire RB1 Jonathan Taylor. The 25-year-old could take on the Colts’ early-down role if Taylor were to miss any time and is currently 56th among all running backs in the latest expert consensus rankings.
