CB Jimmy Smith to be out a “couple” weeks, however he still needs to complete an MRI.

Fantasy Impact: Without an MRI it’s hard to know how long Smith will really miss, but a “couple” is what the team is anticipating. The low ankle sprain is apparently not serious. While he won’t be out as long as he would have been for a high ankle sprain, the team says he won’t be rushed back. Obviously his timeline will boil down to rest and mitigating aggravation, but he should be a go for Week 1.
