David Moore to join Raiders’ practice squad

The Las Vegas Raiders are signing former Seahawks and Panthers WR David Moore to their practice squad, per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

Fantasy Impact: Moore signed a two-year deal with Carolina in the offseason before being released earlier this week. The 25-year old receiver had some fantasy-relevant games for Seattle over the last three seasons and will now look to work his way back on the active roster.
