Broncos’ TE Noah Fant participated in individual drills on Monday for the first time since his injury in Week 2 of the preseason, and is now expected to be ready for the regular season opener against the Giants this Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: This is a huge sigh of relief for fantasy managers, as Fant is consistently ranked among the top 10 tight ends and is almost certainly a starting option due to how thin the position is this year. After catching 62 passes for 673 yards and three touchdowns in 2020, Fant will look to finally break out and show the true athleticism he possess that made him such a hot sleeper pick heading into last season. He’ll have to fight for targets in Denver with teammates Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton both healthy, but Fant should still provide value on what should be a better overall offense in Denver in 2021.
