Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook carried 20 times for 61 yards and a touchdown, adding six receptions for 43 yards during a 27-24 overtime loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: In the fourth quarter, Cook found the end zone on a one-yard rushing touchdown, aiding the Vikings’ comeback effort in regulation. But, unfortunately, Cook fumbled late in overtime in plus-territory, voiding the potential for a game-winning field goal attempt. Nevertheless, he elevated his value in PPR formats with six receptions for 43 yards on seven targets, benefitting from Kirk Cousins’ dump-offs due to pressure from the Bengals’ front-seven. As a result, Cook should remain a fantasy RB1 against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2.
