Per Jordan Raanan of ESPN, WR Sterling Shepard missed Thursday practice for the Giants as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury.
Fantasy Impact: Two back-to-back missed practices for Shepard is not a good sign for his availability in Week 4 especially given the complicated nature of hamstring injuries. Up until this point Shepard has been the most reliable WR for the Giants and a pleasant surprise for fantasy football purposes but managers should likely prepare a backup plan given Shepard’s progression. During this absence Kenny Golladay would likely be the biggest beneficiary in terms of opportunities even with Kadarius Toney and Collin Johnson expected to be more involved as well.
