Dolphins WR DeVante Parker will not play vs the Jaguars on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: After missing multiple practices, Parker has now been ruled out for the Dolphins’ London game vs the Jaguars Sunday. The Dolphins will also be without Will Fuller (IR) which will primarily leave rookie WR Jaylen Waddle and Preston Williams as the two top receivers. The good news is that the matchup against the Jaguars is a favorable one.
