Washington Football Team wide receiver Curtis Samuel (groin) will not play in Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers.
Fantasy Impact: Samuel did not practice all week and has not played since aggravating a groin injury in Week 5. Since June, the 25-year-old has been dealing with a groin issue and has only appeared in one game this season. Washington also ruled out WR Cam Sims (hamstring) for Sunday’s game. Terry McLaurin, Adam Humphries, Dyami Brown, and DeAndre Carter should see an uptick in targets while Samuel is sidelined. Samuel’s next chance to return will be Week 8 against the Denver Broncos.
