Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri (groin), rookie linebacker Darius Leonard (ankle) and left tackle Anthony Castonzo (hamstring) are all active on Thursday night against the Patriots. Vinatieri might struggle for kicking opportunities if a banged-up Colts team is playing from behind all night, which makes him a weak fantasy play. Leonard and safety Clayton Geathers (knee), who is also active, will help Indy’s soft defense slow down a Patriots attack that just got better with the return of receiver Julian Edelman. Leonard has four sacks through four weeks and has become an IDP beast quickly in his rookie year. Castonzo will be making his season debut, which is good news for quarterback Andrew Luck. Still, Luck is an advisable QB1 in a game in which he’s missing receiver T.Y. Hilton, running back Marlon Mack and tight end Jack Doyle.
