Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott confirmed on Monday that the team will stick with rookie quarterback Josh Allen heading into Week 3 against the Vikings. “I thought he did some good things,” McDermott said of Allen. “He’s a young quarterback. Each game, we expect him to get a little bit better and grow. That’s where we are as a football team, that’s where we are as an organization.” Allen went 18-for-33 for 245 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in his first NFL start against the Chargers. He’s in for a much tougher matchup against Minnesota, so he’ll be a low-end QB2 for that matchup.
