Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin (knee) and rookie running back Rashaad Penny (hand) both practiced in full on Wednesday. While Baldwin never seemed to be in much danger of missing Week 1, it’s a great sign for the rookie Penny after he missed most of training camp and the preseason. Baldwin probably won’t be full speed all year, but he’ll be a low-end WR1 in fantasy leagues whenever he’s playing. He’ll be more of a WR2 in Week 1 against Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. Penny is the clear backup to Chris Carson to open the year, and his role is a bit hazy. Penny is a risky RB3/flex choice in Week 1.
