San Francisco 49ers running back Jerick McKinnon went down with what appeared to be a non-contact knee injury in practice on Saturday. He went down awkwardly on the final play of practice making a cut with no one around him. According to reports, the team is “extremely concerned” about the injury and will send him for an MRI. Nothing is for sure yet, but this sure sounds like it could be an ACL tear or something similar. Fantasy owners drafting over the weekend will want to avoid McKinnon and move both Alfred Morris and Matt Breida up on their draft boards.
