Joe Mixon Leads Bengals Rushing Attack
Mixon may be pulling away from his competition for carries in the Bengals backfield. He rushed 18 times on Sunday, which was more than his first two games combined. While he did have a mediocre 3.4 yards per carry, his touches could be an indicate that he will start to see more snaps. Read more.
Andy Dalton Bounces Back
Dalton threw for two touchdowns and was 21-for-27 passing. He paired his 77.8 completion percentage with a 124.1 passer rating. Read more.
Alex Collins Top Among Three Ravens Backs
Collins rushed nine times for 82 yards against Jacksonville. His two teammates in the backfield were given a combined 19 touches which they turned into 54 yards and a lost fumble. Still, this committee is still a mess and no one back has the clear edge. Read more.
Eli Manning and Giants Receivers Bounce Back
Manning performed better against the Eagles, completing 35-of-47 passes for 366 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions. He could be considered a QB1 play entering Week 4 against Tampa Bay. Odell Beckham Jr. hauled in nine receptions for 79 yards and two touchdowns. Sterling Shepard had a career-high 133 yards on seven receptions and Brandon Marshall reeled in 8-of-11 targets for 66 yards.
Darren Sproles Suffers Broken Arm
He will undergo an MRI on Monday to reveal the full extent of the injury, but he is looking at a multiple-week absence and may need to be placed on Injured Reserve. Read more.
Derrick Henry Sees Significant Action
Despite DeMarco Murray starting the game at running back, Henry still saw 13 carries and one reception. Murray is still the guy, but Henry is starting to have some standalone value in the high-powered Titans offense. Read more.
Ben Roethlisberger Still Awful on the Road
He completed 22-of-39 passes for just 235 yards and one touchdown in Chicago, despite a plus matchup. Read more.
Doug Baldwin Injured
After 10 catches for 105 yards and a touchdown, Baldwin left the game with a groin injure. before departing, we still don’t know the severity of the injury. If Baldwin missed time, Paul Richardson will is likely to become the team’s top receiver. Read more.
Adrian Peterson Still Second in NO Backfield
Peterson saw a slight uptick in carries, but only picked up 33 yards on the ground, giving him a 3.3 yards per carry average in three games. Although Peterson has seen his rush attempt totals go up each week, he has little fantasy value as long as Mark Ingram is healthy. Read more.
Marqise Lee Leads Jaguars In Targets
He hauled in 4-of-7 targets for 65 yards in in London. Lee looks like the top WR option in the passing game with Allen Robinson out for the year. Read more.
