Seattle Seahawks rookie running back Rashaad Penny has been pretty useless so far, but Week 4 against Arizona may just give him the chance to shine. Penny logged 10 carries in Week 2 for just 30 yards, but he’s facing a pretty forgiving run defense this time around. He also may get more chances because starting running back Chris Carson is struggling with a mild hip injury. It’s not expected to force Carson out of the lineup for the whole game, but it may impact how many carries he gets. If Carson can’t go as much as normal, Penny may get another chance to show his skills.
